Because our services are personalized, digital, and begin as soon as we receive your information, our refund policy works differently than a typical product return policy.
Before We Begin
If you need to change details you submitted (such as your pet's birth information or intake form), please contact us at hello@cosmicpetclub.com as soon as possible. We're happy to make corrections before your reading or treatment has started.
Once a Reading or Treatment Has Started
Because each Pet Astrology Reading and Energy Healing treatment is prepared individually and involves real time and personal attention, we are unable to offer refunds once work has begun. This includes Energy Healing treatments, which unfold over 2 to 7 days once started.
If Something Feels Off
If you feel your reading or treatment did not reflect the care described on our service pages, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at hello@cosmicpetclub.com. We review every request individually and will always respond with care — offering clarification, an adjustment, or, at our discretion, a partial refund where appropriate.
Emergency Sessions
Emergency sessions are priced to reflect priority, expedited scheduling. Once an emergency session has been booked and Bruna has begun working, the same no-refund policy above applies.
Rescheduling
If you booked a live or scheduled component of a service and need to reschedule, contact us as early as possible at hello@cosmicpetclub.com and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
